At Sans, we want you to feel at home with every purchase; if your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to delicate home goods during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
